Application Help What if I cannot fill out all sections of the application form? Please complete as much of the application as possible. How should I describe my "primary medium" on the application form if my work is truly multi-media? We recognize that much of contemporary art is multi-media. Please identify as best as you can your work's primary medium. Why does the application ask about special storage needs? Artist Pension Trust is responsible for storing participating artists' invested works in appropriate conditions. Knowing upfront whether your work has any special requirements for storage and handling will help us identify how we might best meet those needs if you are selected to join a Trust. My work is very difficult to understand from a slide or digital image. I would like to meet with the selection committee in order to present my work to them in person. We recognize that much of contemporary art is multi-media and cross-platform, and that often these works do not reproduce well. Nonetheless, please submit images (on discs, slides, or transparencies) with your application. After the curatorial committee reviews your application, they will determine whether or not a studio visit is appropriate to see your work in person. What are the image requirements? Please submit 3-5 images. The images of your work should be sent in high quality JPEG format, with a recommended resolution of 90 dpi and a maximum size of 640 x 950 pixel (h x w). Please format the images as close to the above-mentioned maximum size requirements for optimal viewing and adjust the dpi of the images before adjusting the pixel size. I have submitted an application to the Artist Pension Trust. Who do I contact for more information about the application review process? Please direct all inquiries, in writing, to:
